Dosage and Usage

1. It can be used as a highly reactive curing agent for epoxy powder coatings. The added amount is 5-7% of epoxy.

2. Can be used as a curing accelerator for dicyandiamide-cured epoxy powder coatings or epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings, with appropriate increase in gloss. The amount added is 0.05-0.3% of the resin amount.

3. In epoxy powder coating, it can be used as a fast curing agent and a low temperature curing agent to meet the curing conditions of 120°C/30min-200°C/5min. TP31 If used in combination with other reactive curing agents, it may also be used as a more effective fast curing accelerator.

 

Application

It is an accelerating agent to cure epoxy resin powder or epoxy/polyester hybrid powder coating.

2. In a cool and dry place, the validity is 1year in normal atmospheric temperature.

 

Precautions

1. Since TP31 is highly reactive, the extrusion temperature should be controlled to less than 100°C in the production of epoxy powder coatings to prevent partial gelation.

2. Also due to the high activity of TP31, when it is used as a curing agent, it will cause a storage stability problem and should be taken seriously.

3. This product has a certain degree of irritation, wears gloves when operating, masks to products.
